The cover is nice, but even with the supplied shims is very tight and difficult to put on and take off.

This front cover for the IC-705 fits amazingly well with the cage. I am extremely confident it will do what it is intended for. I am now confident taking the unit into the field Sota/Pota with this protector. 5 star product in my eyes. KF0UTI, 73.
